If you're looking for a realtor and you don't choose the Wendy K team, I hate to break it to you, but you're wrong. We decided to list our home with the Wendy K Team, and use her help us find a new house, and our only regret was not contacting them earlier, she made the process exciting, fun, and painless. Wendy is very responsive, she took our calls and texts late at night, early in the mornings, weekdays and weekends. On more than one occasion I sent Wendy a text late at night when I woke up with a question in my head, assuming she would text back in the morning, only to see my phone light up with a response within minutes. Wendy has the best team, we used her preferred financier and we got a rate that was not only out of this world low, but included a credit which went toward our closing costs, and required a smaller than expected down payment from us. She walked us through every step of the loan process, it was so easy, and with her help it would be impossible to get lost or confused. We had tenants in our home which we were selling, and Wendy made direct contact with them, made them feel at home through the process, and paid for a house cleaning to make their lives easier, as well as making the place that much easier to sell. Wendy is the best negotiator, when we made the offer on our dream home we thought we had no chance in the world to get it, there were multiple offers, it was at the top of our price range, and we could only put in a conditional offer as our home was only under contract. Amazingly we got the house, and we learned from seller's agent that despite us being the only conditional offer they chose us because Wendy K and her team was the most professional, and best to work with, simply put, we wouldn't have got our home if we had any agent other than the Wendy K
